F1 in Schools STATE CHAMPIONS for 2009

College Students win major art prize
Creative minds were soon ticking and paint was flying as Crystal Cahill, Hannah Bailey and Larissa Baker dived into the challenge of creating the masterpiece for the event. The result of all this hard work was the announcement that their artwork was judged the winner of the competition. For their creative and hard work, the school and the students received a voucher donated by Radmac Office Choice

Team members Aidan Cowie, Brett Sizeland, Warren Mahomet, Benjamin Kersten and teacher, Mr. Christof Muller, spoke to hundreds of people and confidently explained the processes and goals of the competition, while elaborating on their own project work which lead them to participating in the National Finals last year.

20 Applied Learning students have recently completing their SCOPE Young Ambassadors Bronze Certificate and many will now complete their Silver Certificate after being involved in volunteer work within the community
