Careers Centre

Sebastopol College offers specific careers counselling to all of its students. The Careers Centre provides students with careers counselling and guidance as they develop individual pathway plans for their futures.

The college Careers  Practitioner, Ms. Cheryl Kennedy monitors and supports students as they develop and implement a plan which will enable them to realise their dreams. All senior school students (years 10 – 12) are provided with individual course counselling by Ms. Kennedy, who works with each student annually to develop and update their person pathway plan.

You can purchase a VTAC guide from a news agency for tweny three dollars. The Victorian Tertiary Admissions Centre (VTAC) acts on behalf of participating universities, TAFE institutes and independent tertiary colleges, facilitating and coordinating the joint selection system.

Safe @ Work

 
 



Safe@work is a health and safety program for secondary school students who undertake Work Experience or Structured Workplace Learning. Before commencing a work placement students are required to complete the General Module and the appropriate Industry module relating to their placement interest or their VET qualification
